After take-off, you’ll feel the great canopy of the paraglider gently pulling you and your pilot up into the air. Your pulse is guaranteed to be racing by now as your legs dangle in the void – if it wasn’t racing already. It’s an almost overwhelming, but enormously freeing feeling. Perhaps there’s a bit of tension mixed in there too. That’s all perfectly normal.
