Depending on the time of day, hot and cold dishes are available in the Silberhorn parlour. The selection ranges from traditional Swiss cuisine such as raclette and fondue to pasta, various salads and schnitzel. And why not try the fondue trilogy? A small cheese fondue as a starter, a fondue chinoise for the main course and a chocolate fondue with fresh fruit for dessert.
The fondue fun is also available for groups.
