There is something to suit every taste here. At the middle station of the Schilthorn cableway, the Bistro Birg offers culinary delights as well as an overwhelming panorama of the fascinating mountain world.

Treat yourself to a variety of dishes every day in the mountain restaurant. There is a quick corner with a grill and wok station on the large sun terrace. You'll find your perfect seat both inside in the bistro and outside on the terrace.

The Birg middle station is easy to reach by cable car from Mürren to the Schilthorn. In winter the station is in the centre of the ski area, in summer in the middle of the hiking area.
